I called to see what the hours of business were and what services the business provided. The owner answered and asked what services I wanted. I asked what she offered. She made it sound like she only took certain clients on and would not be able to take my dog because of all the clients she had set up. She asked to take my name and# and she'd call back when she had time on about 3-4 weeks. Irritated!
