The employee that brings one a heated pad at the beginning of physical therapy does his job well. Alas, I was very disappointed with the services of the #1 assistant, receptionist and with other assistants. Worse of all was hearing the #1 assistant discuss the nature of the work and work ethics with another person on a table next to mine. I could not go back after hearing this conversation and would not want to be near either of these two people, let alone in the same room.

I found Socorro Physical Therapy to be a waste of time and money for my therapeutic needs. Personnel were not on hand for my second appointment until over 45 minutes from its scheduled start. On my third session the only employee in the gym did not know how to operate the machine she initially assigned me. On my fourth session the owner's assistant was present, spoke with me for a brief minute and said that he would measure my progress before I left. He then spent the hour talking and working with another person. The conversation, that I could not help overhearing, was extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant to hear. Having heard the assistant's views on work ethics, among other topics, I canceled my remaining appointments.
