We made a reservation for a birthday party for Sunday 9/16 and were told that they would be here at 8a. At 9a, they told us they would be here by 11a. At 2p, we were told that they weren’t going to be able to make it. So this POS company basically screwed two little boys and all of their friends over. No customer service whatsoever and no integrity. If you say you are going to do something, do it. It’s really too bad, because the service we got, received a HUGE tip for delivering it quickly. Avoid PacJim at all costs!!

I have used PAC Jim twice already. They provide a great service at a decent price. Tables were clean and jumping balloon was also very clean. I will continue to use PAC Jim for my party needs. - Tony
