I have moved here a few years ago, and I have been very impressed. I think many years ago, they had problems, like most parks. But the owner has done some things that have really been needed and you can see the changes. MAINLY, he has run off just about every negative person in the park. He had his management get rid of all the bad eggs, and frankly, I am thrilled. The park is very quiet, their is not any bad activity, and the homes have that have been brought in are nice. I think they are committed to taking this place to the place it always should have been. They have made the residents keep their homes clean and have put new roofs on for people that needed it and let them pay it back as they could afford. They put new skirting up as well on a number of the homes and did some good road repair. I have also seen them remove many trees that were a problem. From what I have been hearing, they are going to do even more next year. I am very happy here and so are my close neighbors (I don't get to talk to everyone!).
