what a great job Connie and har staff did on our baby!! She is beautiful and Connie is very patient with worried moms like me

they did a good job on my dog even though she was hyper they got her haircut !!!!!!

I have had the same experience as Justin. I was taking my do to the Pet Care Warehouse before they closed. They did a great job and the price was affordable. I took my do for the first time to If it's Tails and they did not do what I ask and when I told them about the cut the young lady argued with me. They she begged me to let her do it again. I said no, I paid and left. I also believe that the price was way out of line. I will not return.

This grooming shop is NOT recommended. We have had 2 dogs groomed there for several years simply because they are low-cost. On several occasions, the dogs have had cuts in their skin because groomers do not take their time. The dogs' skin, as a result of these cuts, get very irritated and infected.



DO NOT use this groomer if you do not want additional costs of vet bills to correct what the groomers do not take the time to do properly.

I used this facility for the first time this week and was very pleased with the care my dog received. He had a beautiful cut and very shiny hair, and it was obvious that he was treated very well because he was in no hurry to leave. The price was great and we can't wait until next month when it's time to come back!
