Comments from restaurant employees have been made that owner has been negligent in doing repairs of building and equipment. Owner needs to re-evaluate his/her responsibilities as an owner. Shut down restaurant, clean restaurant from front to back and repair all equipment and building, fire entire crew including manager, re-hire new staff then clean restaurant front to back again with new staff. Training new staff for cleanliness, prompt and respectable service.

You wait in the drive-through forever, and most of the room management is rude. The good cashiers do not stay very long and the remaining cashiers complain about everything to the customers! There is no one "loving it" here.

Just bought a mocha frappe and it was only half full and the rest was whip cream. And it's the slowest Mcdonals I've ever been to. Not happy

Ordered a kids meal and received rotten apples in a kids meal will not being going to this McDonalds ever again
