Recently renamed NorthWest Utility, these people show no sense of professionalism or technical expertise. They routinely abandon the needs of the folks who live near the Ravencliff area of Lewis Chapel and those of the Henson's gap area. There are always water volume issues because of their lack of expertise and the fact they seemingly have no idea of the number of recent arrivals to this community. They are however more than happy to take your money every month. My previous utility Hixson Utility District charged me 2/3rds of what these folks do including sewer service and only once every other month. These jokers are charging for a household of two adults and one child $45 / month. They have even made our nearby water tower inoperable on a holiday, 3 day, weekend with no notification to anyone prior. When the power goes out we can expect to have no service at all within 24 hours because of their lack to prepare the service area with a back up pump or means. If I were to do it all over I would certainly make sure I was on a well before signing the mortgage.
