Staged to Sell is a home staging business that prides itself on proven results.  My partner, Julie Helton and myself started the business in early 2013.  I ran a home decorating business in Detroit before relocating to Chattanooga.  Julie successfully owned a small business herself for the last 19 years.  We joined forces and have had tremendous early success.  Our staged homes are selling faster than the national average of staged homes.  Ours are selling on average in 30 days or less!  We take pride in making your home look as desirable as possible to the prospective buyer.  We first attempt to use the homeowners furniture and accessories - carefully editing to give the home a spacious and vacation rental "feel".  In some situations, we bring in some of our inventory to put the "icing" on the cake.  In this case, our inventory use is rented to the homeowner while the home is being shown.  This saves the owner from having to buy furniture and accessories to improve the look of their home.

The homes we stage sell faster and for more money than non-staged homes. The national average for time on the market is 6 months for a non-staged home. The national average for time on the market for a staged home is 36 days. Our homes sell on average in 30 days or less! We have our own inventory of furniture and accessories for staging vacant homes as well. If the home is vacant, we will inspect the home bi-weekly to ensure that all is perfect for each showing. We will report to the home owner if there is anything with the home that requires their attention.
