Please don't rent from either Jaimie or Matt. They are unprofessional scammers who are money hungry and show no concern for their tennants well being. They rented me a condo in bedford that was totally outdated and had been empty for 3 years. They go around looking for homeowners who are desperate to get out of their properties and they work a deal with them by having them sign their deeds over. They dont care at all what shape the property is in- they'll rent it as is and expect you (the tennant) to fix it up. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! The address and phone numbers they have listed are all fake or belong to other people!

DO NOT rent from Jamie Kalista! He is a fraud. I have been in one of his homes for two and a half years and have just learned he wants to sell the home out from under me after assuring me this was a long term rental. I have done a lot of work fixing it up and am pissed off. I called the county after being suspicious to find out he has never paid taxes on this home and owes over $7,000.00 in back taxes and there is now a lien on the home. They informed me to put my rent in escrow. He pockets your rent and then you are out your home!! If you already rent from him type in your address in the search bar then click on county info if you see money owed in red they provide a number to call. Call and they will advise you to put your rent in escrow. Mark was right STOP paying your rent to J&Chomebuyers or Jamie Kalista!!!!!
