I do not recommend this business at all. The caregiver they sent me is wonderful. However, the office personal are unprofessional and lie. I need to trust the person coming into my home but they send different people without telling me. I am disabled and when a stranger has access to my home I don't know if they are looking at my personal things or stealing? They don't tell me if they do background checks. The 1st person was excellent and came here for 3 days. While she was here she received a call from the company telling here this was her last day because she was going to have a surgical procedure. She said that was not true. She was healthy and had no medical procedures schedule. She was very angry and told me that they always switch people around. When you are disabled you need to trust the stranger coming in your house, going in your rooms. Do Not use Serenity.
