I owned a property managed by Heritage and know several other people who are still living in homes under the control of this company. The business is completely oblivious to unit owners and ONLY communicates, and bends over backward to do whatever the co-op or condo boards demand. The owner, Kevin is unquestionably one of the most condescending, "know it all" arrogant people you would ever want to meet.

These guys go above and beyond. Been on both sides of the fence (working for them as a vendor and owning a residence at one of the properties they manage) so I know it is a thankless job that they do. Our property has never looked so good! Patty (Hunters Glen)
