Sea Aire and Mystic Point are run by the same Company, Friedman Reality Group. Oh My God, I wish I could give them no stars. The maintenance is the worst in the world. Zach the Manager of Maintenance is such a horrible person. When you tell him you need something done he'll do anything or say anything to tell you it doesn't need to be done. He will never fix what needs to be done, never. He was insulting and even asked personal questions about my private life. I had to leave when he went that far. I called the police on him and all he wouldn't even come out and talk to the police officer, he had Michelle the Office Manager come out. I went through hell in the apartment. They never fixed things that needed to be done from the very beginning. They gave me a new toilet because the other toilet was shaking all over the floor. Believe me, the new toilet didn't do much better. I had bugs in my bedroom windows that never were taken care of. I had drain flies all over the apartment, which they never got rid of. I had to leave because of all these problems. I was good enough to pay the whole months rent and I wasn't even there. They kept my $1,000 security deposit and I left the place spotless. So many residents told me how they could never get anything fixed. I felt so bad for all of them. My Mother lives in Sea Aire and they give her a hard time everytime she asks to get something done. It's a horrible place to live. Beware of the Maintenance Manager. He is a rude, obnoxious person and keeps his job by not getting any work done that needs to be done. I should have filed a report on him with the Somers Point Police Dept. He certainly deserved it. How dare he ask personal questions to me! Totally out of LINE! BEWARE! The LAUNDRY ROOMS NEVER EVER WORK! My laundry room was flooded and you had to stand in water to do your laundry! HORRENDOUS!
