The staff is not only polite and friendly but they are also very informative about their products. I have enjoyed doing business with them the past 4 years.

Bad management/employee to costumer relationship in the Somerset Aarons. Went to get mowers and had too fill out an application and have my name added to a list of people also wanted mowers. Employee said they should have some in a few days or expect one or two used ones would come in. Since they did not keep up with the list of names we were told they would start from the bottom. The wife called Danville Aarons and they had a mower and would be more than happy to transfer it to Somerset so we could have one. Managment said they WOULD NOT do that because there were too many waiting for a mower. Now the Somerset store has 2 but when I stopped they hadnt bothered to call anyone since they got them in a couple days before. Employee I talked to wouldnt even get the manager knowing I was upset to defuse the Situation. Will not do business with this store and there will not be any referrals because I value my friends relations unlike what this store does.
