Providing the highest-quality eye care in southern Kentucky and northern Tennessee In 1975, Associates In Eye Care Founder, Dr. Frederick Martin began his optometry practice in Whitley City, Ky. Five years later, Dr. Gary Upchurch joined Dr. Martin with the opening of a second office in Albany, KY; Associates In Eye Care was born. Further expansion came a decade later in 1990, with a third office located in Somerset, KY. From 1991 to 2019, Doctors Mark Jacobs, Todd Overley, Susanne Lee, Steve Mckinley, Lindsay McKinley, Kevin Mysliwiec, Sandy Mysliwiec, Katy Wilson, and Matthew Testa joined the team of eye care professionals. During that time, four more offices opened in Williamsburg, KY; Jellico, TN; Jacksboro, TN; and Russell Springs, KY.
