We went to this store to purchase 2 pairs of shoes at a time in the evening when no other customers were there. We asked to find 2 pairs we liked and they said they would return qith them in our sizes.. Instead, said clerk and other clerks helped customers who came in after us. We got mad and left feeling it was due to the fact my fiance and I are gay. We have had a similar experience at the B & H store in London. This company WILL NOT GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.

I had a bad experience there to with an employee I went in and was trying on a shoe and I took my socks off and walked around in it and my husband heard the two women that worked there talking about me and I have clean feet too if I hadn't really liked the shoes I wouldn't have bought them but next time I'm going to raise a fit if I'm treated like that again

My daughter and I took my granddaughter to purchase a pair of shoes. I asked the employee if she would measure my granddaughter's foot. The employee informed me that the foot measures didn't work. That they just were not accurate. I asked her, 'none of them?' She told me none of them. So, I asked her to try anyway. My granddaughter put her foot on it and the employee pushed her toe down with her fingernail and quickly pulled her hand back. When I called to ask if they still measured feet and if the foot measures were accurate, the gentleman employee said,' Yes we do and they are accurate!"( I called after we were there,) I've seen her measure other peoples feet, but she didn't want to touch my granddaughter's very clean feet, Also she was laughing and talking about the size of my Granddaughter's feet with another female employee. We heard her. My family and I have never before been treated like that whenever we shopped there. So sad.
