I purchased a part last year that had a one year warranty and the part failed and I brought it in for warranty and the person taking care of me was rude and said I had returned the part before and the return date was the same day I purchased the part.
I had never returned the part as told especially on same day of purchase.
I ask to speak to manager and he said he was manager, I then asked him his name and he mumbled something and wouldn't give me his name or store number as he walked away

I will never purchase anything from any advanced auto parts again
They couldn't give me my warranty as it was under warranty period.
Ripped off
