Provided by YP.comIf I could give this place 0 stars I would... After pre-registering for the urine test I needed done I arrived, and was greeted by an extremely unfriendly receptionist. She also was extremely hard to understand, instructing me to sign in and so on while carrying on a conversation with another employee and mumbling. She then got frustrated when I asked her to clarify where I was supposed to go. I waited 30 minutes, to be brought back and told by the technician their computers were down and this was going to take much longer than anticipated. After I asked him how much longer the process would take, as I was on my way to work and allotted 45 minutes for a urine test that should have taken 15 minutes max, he very loudly snapped and me. At that point I asked for my pre-registration paper and my drivers license back, as I would not be spoken to like that. That is when he proceeded to argue with me telling me "I would just have to come back and wait longer", etc. I will NEVER go back.

Provided by YPmobileTheres no 1/2 star option....The worst place ever! One lady in particular. At frint desk talks to people like their idiots. Cane here several times and everytime there was issues. First time they told me to come back because they ran out of the tube they needed to do the test. Another time the guy who drew my blood ripped a hole in his glove and touched me with his exposed hand AFTER cleaning my arm and BEFORE inserting the needle without cleaning my arm again. It soesnt matter if you come in the morning they make you wait so long. Alternatively if you come right before they close they hint to you that "you come so late." But thats the only way to get out in a decent amount of time. The time that made me write thus review was when i came and i had a specimen with me that i had to do at home....they made me wait jn the waiting room with the jug in hand for an hour after i told them it should be refrigerated. Additionally on the same visit I told the lady i would be there to take a 1hr glucose test and could they please intake me so i coukd drink the glucose soncw i will have to wait an hour. She still took 45min just to intake information! They are rediculous! If you have an option DO NOT GO HERE!

Provided by YPmobileI give this facility absolutely no stars, but yp made me pick at least one star. None of the automatons had any real knowledge of their jobs. Their English was sub par and I had to repeat every question at least twice. One tech complained I had the wrong collection bottle and kept mumbling about how I "should have known." (I received the bottle from my physician.) When I completed the blood drawing, I asked that they send the urine results to my renal doctor and the women had a fit "Oh, we can only send to one doctor, you gave your primary physician, Oh, we can't change anything now." and again "you should have known!" I ask how I "should have known" if I was never told. No answer. I am informing all my doctors of the shoddy patient treatment and ineptitude, and encouraging them to change the lab they work with. I will certainly switch!
