While traveling to Somerset from Harrisburg on the PA Turnpike on a Friday evening, my 2013 Ford Escape suddenly lost power and refused to accelerate much above 50 MPH. I found a hose to the turbocharger had become disconnected and tried to reattach it, only to have it fall off again. When I got to Somerset, I stopped to eat and then work on the car to get the hose reattached. Jason Blough of Blough Automotive stopped and offered to help, and we confirmed the hose was reattached. Jason offered to take a look at it the next morning. After calling Jason the next morning, I took the vehicle over to his shop. Turns out, his shop is closed on Saturdays and he came in to make sure the vehicle was ok to drive. Turns out I did not have the hose on correctly; Jason took the time to reattach it properly and helped me learn more about my vehicle. All repair work was completed at a very reasonable cost! Thank you Jason for getting me back on the road!

I was traveling from out of town, and broke down near their shop. They picked up the car and repaired promptly. Outstanding service, trust, and quality service.
