Chad’s review below is very incorrect in speaking of the church and congregation. His review is biased because his father was given the option to resign or to be terminated because he had failed to complete what was asked of him to do. NOT because he had a disability and had surgery. And was given muiltple opportunities to follow church council requests. Pastor Ben and the congregation of Faith Lutheran Church are so welcoming, so involved in the local and worldwide community, and so appreciated by those who regularly attend services. His review is that of a disgruntled family member.

My dad was a Sexton for 23 years at the church, and he was terminated! I just can’t believe a church could do this after 23 years of service! It truly saddens me! This all was over the fact that he had surgery, and was released to come back with a restriction of 20 pounds, and they felt he came back to soon! There was not a thing there that’d require him to lift 20 pounds! I just don’t feel for the most part that the council or preacher care!!! My dad didn’t understand, because he’s slow, but a very hard worker! I think what they did was unjustifiable! He relied on this job to pay his bills!!!!! The poor guy just lost his wife in March and they pull a stunt like this!!! Leaving this church in 2010 has been a blessing for me!!! I also feel the preacher was very rude to my elderly aunt!!!

Excellent congregation. Shyster of a Pastor. He makes you feel like he cares but all he cares about is people showing up with money so he can build on to his church. Like I said , there are some wonderful members. Don't be fooled.
