Made an appt. 4 days ago. I showed up for my appointment ON TIME ( 10 minutes early) , The stylist was not there!!



NOT even a courtesy call to cancel. HOW unprofessional. !!

Her daughter calls me 3 hours later "MY mom forgot her phone" she called not to apologize or make an excuse. I think she was screening her calls.



This place needs to be shut down!!! It is old, dirty, dusty, dilapidated, ( I saw through he window).



ANd her OPEN sign was on!! TACKY.
