I SAID CHICKEN!! Two times now I've ordered a salad with CHICKEN instead of BEEF. WHAT DO I GET? BEEF! And one time I waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes! That's unheard of for a drive thru! This place has gone down the toilet. From now I will have to check everything I order to make sure it's right before I leave, or simply not give my business here.

I visited here for the first and last time. I ordered

grilled stuffed nachos that are advertised on tv looking very filled; you can see the ingredients, but then when we bought it, it came out like sheets of paper with hardly ANYTHING in the middle. We had to open it up to figure out if there was actually anything in there. This is false advertisting!!

ALWAYS DOING MISTAKES WHILE CUSTOMER IS ORDERING LIKE ADDING BEEF INSTEAD OF BEANS. NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINT. I PERSONELLY SUFFERED 4 TIMES BUT STILL MAKING SAME STUPID MISTAKE. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS TALKING EACHOTHER AND NOT CONCENTRATING ON ORDERS.
