Desert Sonora Elementary School serves more than 350 students in grades one through five. The school s campus features a library, cafeteria, gymnasium and computer laboratory. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as reading, math, social studies and science. Desert Sonora Elementary School also provides after-school Intervention and special education programs. The school offers instruction in choir and violin, as well as manages a student council and walking club. In addition, it provides counseling, health care and food services.
