I am speaking about ABM through a former employee standpoint.In the year and 1 month I was employed as a Janitor for this company I felt like a complete outsider.The Supervisor's didn't speak english the language I speak to the majority of ABM employees and treated me like an outsider by not supplying me with employee items(mop heads,work badge,etc.) in a timely fashion.I was also used as a scapegoat on Thurs.May 24th 2018 when I received a corrective action notice along with the other employee who mopped the restroom floor and neglected to put up a sign in which a customer fell and as a result I too was blamed because I didn't put up a wet floor sign after the incident even though I was doing my own job and all the wet floor signs were in use.As a result I quit on Fri.May 25th 2018.This company only thinks of its own reputation and getting in good with their clients & everyone else especially the lower echelon of employees are an afterthought!
