I bought my first ducati these people make it really easy and went above and beyond me thanks guys.

Went to riverside to have my 01 Ninja 500 serviced for a stalling issue. I was told the fee to identify the problem would be approximately 1 hour of labor ($90), and despite it taking longer to solve I was only charged what I was quoted. While it was a simple issue they were quick, pleasant and knowledgable, definitely a good place to have your bike services!

Ken Brown did a GREAT job on my 1997 Sprint Sport! I rode it 2100 miles in 6 days from North Andover to New Brunswick Canada, then to Nova Scotia, rode the Cabot Trail, in the rain...then headed to PEI. All in all, not one single problem. The bike cruised at "go to jail" speeds with soft luggage as if it was purring. With 37K on it, this is the best it's run in a long time! Thanks Ken! tell Carlo you need a raise!

Been servicing my Ducati S2R here for 7 years. Always fair prices and excellent service. Did the gas tank swap with Ducati, quicker than expected and no issues. I'm from the south shore and I travel to Riverside rather than Dunbar which is right near me.

Great customer service. The girl (brunette, sorry I can't remember her name, I think it's Dana though) will give you discounts on leather coats and helmets and accessories, especially if you are buying multiple or expensive items. Look like you need help and ask nicely and be grateful when she give you the discount. I was very surprised at how much she came down.

I haven'e been to your shop yet but the dealing's I have had through email have been good.

I will recommend you guys to everyone I know. What a fantastic experience! The ENTIRE staff at Riverside should get a HUGE pat at the back! I'll be back! 2013 Ducati Multistrada.

I have purchased 4 motorcycles from here if it wasn't for Carlo I would take my business elsewhere.

Riverside has always been great to work with. I was heading out for a vacation in a couple of days and they quickly got my boat in to give it a tune up and fluid check. All of this with no scheduled appointment. Thanks Riverside!

Love this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two guys and was made to feel like whatever problem I had sincerely mattered to them. I just moved into the city and had A LOT of questions about the safety of my bike and some general best practices. They answered everything without hesitation and pointed me towards the products that were best for me. Not just the most expensive option. They have a great selection of jackets, shirts, glove, helmets and other assorted bike accessories. I only ended up buying a few things, but I will definitely be back for bike repairs.

I trust these guys. That's all that matters when you strap a hundred horses between your legs.

Carlo, Rob, and everyone I met at Riverside are incredible. First time bike owner, bought a Ducati Monster 696, and from the minute I walked in the door I experienced professionalism, advice, and a very warm welcome to the Duke family. Above and beyond is too small a phrase, they are fantastic. I will buy another bike someday, and I wouldn't buy it anywhere but here. Thanks guys!!

This place is the real deal! Carlo, Rob, Tom, or anybody quite honestly that works there will treat you well. I bought a 2013 Ducati 848 Corse and it was truly one of the better experiences I have ever had while purchasing something.

Ive always found the staff to be friendly and prompt but never overbearing or pushy. They make me feel very welcome and always give me a good deal on whatever Im looking for. I think Riverside is exactly what a local dealer should be.
