Provided by YP.comWent in tonight to return a bottle of wine. I explained to the kid working there that it was bad, and tasted like vinegar. Rather than let me exchange it for a new bottle, he said I should come tomorrow as he needed permission from his boss to allow me to exchange the bad wine. Are you kidding me? Worst customer service ever!
