The review was not about the service but the experience I had with them. Usually on Friday they close by 7pm I called them at 6:40 pm and told I will be there by 10 minutes. But pinky( who attended the call) told that they are closing 10 minutes early on that day because there was no business on that day. I asked her to wait for me as I already started at home knowing that they will close by 7 pm. She said ok. I reached there by 6:52pm meanwhile she closed the salon and left. I informed her Iam coming to show my skin as to know which facial suits me not for any service. I went there 2-3 times even then I didn't find her (pinky) attitude that impressive.

I cried myself to sleep after my hair cut here. Please go anywhere but here. Spend a little more you will be glad you did. I went in for a "trim" and she HACKED 7" off my hair, and when it was done the layers looked like they were done by a 5 year old.

AWFUL! Do yourself a favor and don't go there. I went in today to get my eyebrows thread and the women made a hole in one of my eyebrows. So upsating, now I have to cover it up with makeup.

Went for a hair cut. The lady was busy talking on the phone taking appointment, while cutting my hair. The hair cut was uneven, anyone could find that. Wont go again to this place....

I went for Facial there.I asked multiple times that, will they remove my blackheads, they said yes.But they did not.When I complained, they started fighting.Both the Steam machines were not working.The girl was running here and there. After putting face pack, they totally forgot to clean it.When I called them after half an hour,they realized it.



Terrible service.

I love this place. Professional, reasonable and good quality of service.

They were nice but gel nail polish came off in 2 days!
