I am not one to ever review a company, but I just had to take a minute out of my day to report on my experience with this company.



At first I was hesitant about even looking for a new limousine company. I travel about three times a month and always use Whitehorse Limousine as it is on my company's preferred vendor list. Then it happened that twice out of my two trips in March Whitehorse didn't show up at the airport for me on my return! The first time when I called the rep he told me that my driver was fifteen minutes away and asked me to step outside of a door. Twenty minutes later when I called back I was told that my driver had a flat tire he couldn't fix - the rep couldn't even tell me what the wait time would be! The second time the driver didn't show up I didn't even bother to call. I jumped in a taxi and Whitehorse billed me anyway saying I wasn't there when it was their driver who didn't show up!



Anyway, after asking a few of my colleagues for their opinion on a reliable area service I was eventually referred to MGT, as well as couple other area companies. I originally dismissed MGT as a possibility because I don't live near Somerville, but I decided to see what their rate would be, anyway. They happened to be first on my call list and when they told me what the rate was, I didn't hesitate: it was $25 less than Whitehorse! The car showed up ten minutes early for my ride into the airport and the driver was waiting for me on the return, even though my plane was about an hour delayed. I was even offered an option to have the driver meet me curbside in the future so I wouldn't have to walk through the parking lot.



I have never been so impressed by the level of service I received for the price I paid. The driver sent for me was knowledgeable of the area and found my street with no assistance. I would recommend this company to anyone.
