I wrote to this company to see if it was possible to put an electric starter in the O'Keeffe and Merritt we are trying to restore. It currently has an ongoing pilot light which is expensive and hot. His response was extremely condescending. I was shocked at the attack, one by a business owner and two, for what I had thought was an innocuous question. I can only assume he was upset that we did not want him to do the whole restoration. I have never reviewed a business before but I felt this warranted a warning for other new vintage stove owners.
