One of Sonoma's best kept secrets, Colleen is not only a masterful masseuse but a kind and grounded human being. I originally went to her when I was having a very odd back spasm that I couldn't quite identify the source of. The wonderful thing about about Colleen is that not only do you get a massage tailored to your particular ailment, but you also get a lesson in pain and body awareness. She sets you up with a mindset that allows you to help yourself long after the session is over which is truly magnificent.

After a couple of sessions with her I had an epiphany as to the cause of this sudden back problem. Through her guidance and magical hands I was able to be more present within my body and not only identify the cause of this pain but make a conscious effort to combat the harmful habits that had become so repetitious and subconscious for me that I was unaware of the detrimental effect it was having on my body.

All of this combined with the ever helpful advice of certain tools, practices and books that you can use to further enhance your life in general makes for the best massage of your life. My only complaint is that I can't give her six stars in this review! When you're with Colleen, you're in good hands!

If you need a great massage, go to Colleen. She takes time to figure out what is going on with your body and then she works on it. I go as often as I can and I enjoy the massage. I feel great for days after!

I go to Colleen Ostergren every month for deep tissue massage work and now I don't have to go to the chiropractor any more. I injured my neck twelve years ago and was receiving chiropratic treatments so I could function. Now I function great, plus Colleen is a hoot and a pal. Highest recommendation.

Colleen's deep tissue massage not only addresses specific sore muscles, but her technique integrates all the muscles so the entire body is renewed. I feel fabulous when I leave her! Totally relaxed, but at the same time, re-energized! She knows how to pinpoint the problem areas and relieve the soreness. I am constantly amazed after my session--Colleen is now a regular part of my wellness program!
