Provided by YP.comMr. Vella makes the most wonderful Monterey Jack cheese as well as Dry Jack (nationally famous) which is wonderful for eating, grating over salads and hot pastas. The semi-dry is just as wonderful and a favorite at our house with Syrah and as part of delicious, home-made appetizers. Do yourself a favor when in Sonoma, and visit Vellas--just don't try to get in on Sundays--they are closed.
