I would never take a vehicle to Andys, he not a honest guy.

I was interested in buying a vehicle from Andy.

He told me he was going to have the oil changed and the tranny mounts replaced.

He call me asking me to come in after having a couple of conversations over the phone.

Andy stated the cars yours.
I was excited to have a subaru wagon. I called again and again . Thanks Andy for alot of nothing

February, 2015 - I found Andy's All Subaru Repair in the yellow pages. I was in need of head gaskets. I had 2 other quotes. Andy's was in the middle, and after talking on the phone I felt most comfortable with Andy who was straight forward, knowledgeable, and assured me of satisfaction. The gasket repair work usually includes water pump and serpentine belt. Pump was defective but the belt was fine. I found that reassuring as he could have replaced it without me knowing the belt was ok. When I picked up the car he wanted to show me the old parts and explain exactly why the work was required. Again, that gave me confidence in him. It's been 2 weeks driving my 2000 Subaru Outback and it runs like a champ. Based on my experience, if you want honesty, excellent work and integrity, you'll find it at Andy's All Subaru Repair.

Wow what a nightmare it was dealing with Mr. Mellot and his repair shop. it took them 3 months to get our new heads and after that he had to call in an expert to install them. or so he says. Even after all that, our tribeca still did not run right so we had to pay him anyway and then have our vehicle flatbedded down to Modesto Subaru to get it fixed. As it turns out, they installed over machined heads... After another month and a half of dealing with Mr Mellot and trying to get him to just return one phone call takes a week or more, we finally got our vehicle back. This by far was the worst place that I could ever have taken our vehicle and the worst experience we ever had dealing with a mechanic! In my suggestion, Take it to the pro's. Modesto Subaru. You dont want to get stuck dealing with 3rd rate amateurs.

The place to go!

I took my car here and was so pleased with how thorough they are, and how they really know what they're doing. My car was done before I knew it and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all my future problems.

Took my Legacy in for a check engine light. Turns out I had a bad intake gasket. They also told me of a few other problems my car was having. They fixed the problem for less then they originally quoted. They were friendly and helpful. Even staying late so I could pick up my car. I will only be taking my car to this shop.

This business should get no st...

This business should get no star whatwoever. This was the worst automotive experience EVER!!! Took the vehicle in for a simple oil leak, left and noticed there was still an oil leak, took it back and they said it needed a seal replaced, they replaced the seal, noticed serious knocking and took it back and they said it needed a new engine. This vehicle had 85,000 miles on it! Okay, so now we need a new engine, took it back and it sat there for literally over 2 months!!!!!! Andy had every excuse in the book, from can't find an engine, the engine is ordered, I fired my head mechanic, had family personal problems, got an engine and it was the wrong one they had to send it back. Went to talk to the head mechanic and Andy has lied for about 2 months. There was never an engine ordered or received. Should get the MOST untrustworthy business in town. I have to take some blame for letting it drag on so long.

Smiling freandly faces when I walked in the door with great customer service , they even showed me what was going on with my car and explained everything so i could understand, i was impressed with there extinsive knowledge on these cars and i even got a free car wash when they completed my service , they have earned a customer for life
