I purchased a skirt.wore the skirt one time and washed it in lingerie bags on gentle cycle.when we took it out it had come apart in many areas.i brought it back and spoke with an elderly woman.I told her the story and showed her the damaged areas.I realized that i had forgotten my receipt at home.she told me that even with a receipt she couldn't do anything without the tags. i found the tags &receipt.I walked up to the same woman & told her.She told me

there was nothing she could do.I reiterated that she had said that i had to have the receipt and the tags.She stated again "the skirts been worn".I said that i was aware but that it was obviously defective.i told her that i wasn't asking to return it or exchange it,but i was hoping for a discount on purchasing another.She told me"its been worn i cant return it to the company like that".I reiterated i did not expect too. She kept saying theres nothing i can do.I told her thank you and that I would not be returning in the future
