I gave a one star, because there was nothing lower. This store won't last long with their rude, lack of customer service. My Fiance and I went into biglots for the very first time and it was very sh***y! We were instantly treated like thieves! After just entering through the door, one short, fat, rude women, stopped us. She rudely said to my Fiance, "excuse me, you can't take your backpack in this store. You will have to leave it with us. Don't worry nobody will steal it." All of my Fiance's things were in the backpack, because we went there on my motorcycle. Her purse, our paperwork for buying our first home, ect were in the back pack. We instantly turned around and walked out. NOBODY would like to be treated this way! Put yourself in our shoes, in the center of the floor with everybody looking at you while this all happens. It is very degrading!!
