I went to this dr. When I first got to maynord's. I paid 175.00 cash. I was prescribed an anti depressant and given. A very shoddy "physical". Now, im out of rehab and back home. Still sober, by the way. Well, I have two days of anti deps left. And he refuses to fill them. I do have an appt with a local dr. But not for two

weeks. His office wont do

anything for me claiming im not

his patient. Funny he was happy to take my $175.

I also have a friend getting the

run around from his office about a form he needs signed from his employer for insurance.

It feels like once they get your cash and rubber stamp you, they couldn't care less about you.
