We recently purchased a Shaw vinyl plank floor (a new option in flooring) through National Flooring in Sonora and we sub-contracted with Vince Pryschuk for the installation. Unfortunately, 4 months later, we noticed the vinyl planks began pulling apart at the ends of some of the planks. We contacted the installer Vince Pryschuk who promptly came out and agreed there was a serious issue. Vince contacted the owner of National Flooring, Cliff McCurley. Cliff contacted the manufacturer (Shaw) on our behalf in an attempt to resolve the issue (which was, in fact, the manufacturers fault). Shaw refused to stand by their product, however, Cliff McCurley of National Flooring, was absolutely fantastic! He repeatedly attempted to get the manufacturer to do the right thing and, when Shaw refused to do so, Cliff actually gave us a completely new floor for free. Vince also reinstalled the new floor at a discounted rated. Both Cliff and Vince are the absolute best!
