recently I visited the Merced OSH, and I find them to be rude, [maybe rude isn't the right word, they were very non peronal, slow, even thuogh the store seemed to be empty, and not the least bit helpful with any of my request. A part for a craftsman weedtrimmer, and an exchange of a leatherman. I've owned several different versions of the leatherman since they came out all gifts, and for an "exchange" of a broken one I've never been required to show a reciept. Thus I doubt if I'll ever use your Merced store again. HOWEVER your Modesto branch was overly polite, I recieved multiple offers of help even though the store seemed quite full and my exchange was handled curteously and ever attempt to thier knowledge was used to point me n the right direction for my part. I left the store with a pleasant feeling asw opposed to bitter one.PS The Sonora branch has also been helpful in locating my part, as my model # is unreadable and Don in service is presently attempting to cross reference the engine model # to locate the proper weedtrimmer head.In closing this is not the first time I've found your Merced store to be lacking
