Jacob and his team came out and installed our heating/AC system quickly and expertly. They came out on time and did a first class job for us. The units are very efficient for both heat and A/C and well worth the price. We have had Mitsubishi Mini Splits in our home for over a year now and could not be happier with the equipment and the GREAT service! Whenever we have questions about anything, Jacob responds within 24 hours (usually much less) and will even make house calls to check on our system. We have referred several people to Jacob and Performance Based Heating and Air, and give them our highest recommendation!

The A/C at my rental property wasn't working so I called a local HVAC franchise. With the temp in the triple digits, they arrived two days later. They checked the system & said I needed almost $1000 in repairs. I then called Quality Cheaper Heating and Air on Fri. late afternoon and he was on the job in under two hours. After his inspection, a major part that was at first reported not working, was now working and in fact no immediate repairs were done and the system was now working fine. I was informed by Jacob though, the control board is suspect to fail. After my experience, I would highly recommend Quality Cheaper Heating and Air to anyone.

I recently engaged Quality Cheaper Heating & Air to install a HVAC system on my house. Jacob gave me the best quote, spent a great deal of time answering my questions on email and on the phone. Jacob is a very personable individual and as such it was easy to have his presence in my house for nearly four days. He does exactly what he says he will do and when he will do it. At this point, in the absence of having a real opportunity to use and enjoy the new unit, I feel that I got a quality product and good installation. Given the investment of this project and ultimately the impact on our life style this was a big deal. I sincerely feel that I made a good decision contracting with Quality Cheaper Heating & Air.

As a home inspector, I emphasize the importance of regular maintenance to your HVAC systems to extend their life. Thank You Jacob! We are loving our new system! Called this company out for our 3rd and final estimate for installing a new unit. Me and my wife where thinking that we may not be able to change out our swamp cooler for central air and heat after seeing the first 2 bids, we would have just called it quits but had already scheduled with this company so we waited to see what they would say.



The owner came out to bid the job, after about 20 minutes he sat down with us and went over some options, asked us what we wanted, and in about 5 minutes wrote out a estimate. We couldnt believe it, his estimate was $6000 less than one of our bids and just over half on the other. He went over the job with us, explaining what and how he would do it, and we agreed and signed the estimate.



He did everything he said he would, started on time and finished the same day he figured he would. Went over the job with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction before collecting payment. VERY pleased with the work! It was a pleasure to have this company out. Polite, Honest, Professional! and best of all we saved a lot of money!

Our heater was not working, Quality Cheaper came out that day and had the unit up and running in no time. Jacob explained everything to me, he is very knowledgeable and respectful. We signed up for an annual maintenance plan and will be using him from now on

Our renters heater broke down on a Sunday afternoon, after trying to get a hold of a few places we called Quality Cheaper Heating and Air, Jacob answered the phone and said he could be there in an hour. He called me back later with the problem, a price to fix it, and sent me some pics on my phone so I could understand what he was talking about. We went ahead and fixed it, paid by credit card, and got an email receipt. Good business practices! I will use again

We hired Quality Cheaper Heating and Air to install a heating and air conditioning system in an existing house. His price was great and we found his quality of work to be excellent. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the house was left as clean as it was before he started the job.
