I have tires on my Flat Track race bike mounted here. Terry always does a great job and has very reasonable price's. He always has some race knowledge and freely shares it. I try to buy parts & oil from him so as to support a local Motorcycle shop in Sonora.

I believe the review below thi...

I decided to go to T/A Motorsports to have 2 tires installed I decided I would look it over and I found out that my Kawasaki had nicks and scratches in the left Muzzy Titanium Muffler. On top of that Terry was out riding it for 14 minutes because I counted when he left and when he came back. I told Terry that the mufflers are scratched and he told me it was not done there. He got irate and very angry and told me to prove it and I told him that I had taken pictures before I came in.

He He told me that I had no proof that they did that to my Muzzy exhaust. He asked me three times fast and angry where are the pictures and he said I had no pictures. When I got on the bike to come home I noticed that the forks and handlebars were shaking and figured that they didn't even balance the wheels What-put on new tires and don't do the balance. I can't believe it. As I was cleaning the motorcycle rims after getting home I also found a nick on the back rim- not a real small nick either as well as the three brake calipers also had scratches they were not there before I went to their shop-OK something else was damaged I thought. I told Terry though when I was at the shop he would have to fix that exhaust with a new one or a replacement and he said they didn't nick and scratch it and would not pay for a replacement. He got irate with me at his shop so I left and called him and he was a little more controlled of his emotions on the phone. There are still other things that I found after getting home that happened while there. I told him I will go to small claims if he doesn't take care of the Muzzy Muffler at least and I will take care of the other things that they damaged or did not do and I will go to Adams Motorsports in Sonora. After all of the problems I had with this business I thought I better check the bolts that hold on the front axle so I checked the front axle and discovered that the two allen screws on each side of the forks that hold the front axle in place were not nearly snug enough, and even somewhat loose, certainly not nearly as tight as they need to be. I could use a small allen wrench by hand and tighten them more than they were which means they could have come out at some point from being loose. All three rotors were scratched up from there sloppy work. This really never happens at the dealership. This place is non professional for sure. My friend advised me to late after I told him about my experience with T/A he told me that he had a issue with them scratching his rim as well as his rotors as well and he will not go there again. I wish he would have told me his experience before I went there. I know now three people that includes myself that have had their motorcycles scratched while being taken there for a maintenance of some sort. That is 3 out of 3- 100% have reported counting myself that have had damage, scratching, nicks and dings put on their motorcycles while at T/A Motorsports. If you do ever confront Terry the owner he will likely get in your face and like he did to me will get very angry and just will not own up to his shops mistakes and if you want anything to replace the loss you will have to do this-write a review to warn others about T/A and take him to small claims which is my next step. I have pictures to prove the before and after so you may want to protect yourselves by taking good pictures before going in there. He doesn’t stand much of a chance in court because I took pictures before going in there.. I paid them to change tires and now have cosmetic issues I never had before going in there.

How ridiculous and what a disaster going there has been makes me not want to ever go to a repair place again.

This man was the rudest, lazie...

This man was the rudest, laziest most unhelpful man in the history of motorcycling. While pass thru town I broke a brake lever and someone mentioned this place. Although they specialize in dirt bikes, we PROBABLY coulda made do with a jimmyed lever but this guy practically wouldn't even TALK to us. He would not let us try any parts, wouldn't loan his yellow pages to find another solution, and, when we asked for another creative recommendation, he suggested the MC dealer... 93 miles in the wrong direction. The ONLY good thing about this place... is his NEIGHBOR...a used-item store owner and veteran who referred us to a creative mechanic only 2 miles away. AND let us use his phone book.

T & A motorsports Rock

The guys at T & A Rock, I needed a tire for my Bike CBR 1000RR. Thier price is great and the service was outstanding. They do great work and have great prices for the service department. This is where I will have all the work on my bike done from now on. If you live in the mother load and ride go check them out, dirt bikes street bikes and they have a large selection of parts and riding gear.
