We had a leak with our two year old water heater due to incorrect installation. I called Waters on a Monday morning, and they sent out a very knowledgeable and helpful technician very quickly. He easily identified the issue (an incorrect flexible hose was used that was tightened too tightly and kinked, causing the leak). The leak caused the floor of the water heater closet to buckle, which my handyman fixed the next day, and Waters then had us up and running. Wish the woman who we had purchased our house from had used Waters for the installation! Thank you, Waters, for your efficient and quick solution to our problem! Hope I don't need you again soon, but if I do, you'll be who I'll be calling! ;-D

David Smith and his sidekick Caleb came in, diagnosed the leak in our kitchen which was embedded in our concrete slab. They came up with a cost effective and creative solution. Their work was professional and they had terrific personalities.

Call for a forced air heater problem Came out right away and fixed it within an hour or so. Very nice and professional.
