I had my first appointment 3 weeks ago, and all went well. They called with my bloodwork results, and told me my prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy. I?ve been calling for 3 days to pick up my meds, and no scripts were sent. I called the office today 3 times to see why they haven?t sent my scripts to the pharmacy, and I still have heard nothing, and have no medicine. I took my last pill this morning and I told them I?ve been 3 days trying to get my subscription filled, and nothing.
It?s now after 5 their closed and the pharmacy still hasn?t received my prescriptions.

Now, I get to find a new doctor and go through all of this again. And until I can get an appointment I will be out of my meds.

I?m going to inquire tomorrow with my insurance company about reversing the charges from my cash account. Why would I pay for treatment when I haven?t received it.
