Took my car to Free Enterprise in 2011 to get transmission completely rebuilt. Took multiple trips to shop to make adjustments due to transmission not working properly. In 2013 transmission failed again needing planetary part replaced. In 2014 less than 25,000 miles later transmission has failed and now needs rebuilding again with warranty now expired. I have gotten the opinion of several mechanics who suggest a transmission rebuild should last longer than 25,000 miles. Called Free Enterprise but they cannot help me without me paying for the additional work and parts. I have had a very bad experience with this company and personally would not recommend them.

Free Enterprise rebuilt my transmission as a rush order (6 days instead of 10) because I had to leave town. The day after I picked it up I made a 2500 mile road trip and my transmission felt better than it did when I bought the car. I am so happy with them, I highly recommend them.

I have used Free Enterprise for several car repairs, They are an excellent shop, very honest and caring. I am a single woman, but they made me feel very comfortable, they explained everything, and there prices are excellent. I would suggest them to anyone and everyone in need of vehicle work! I'll never go anywhere else again!
