I handle almost all types of criminal cases, inclueding DUI and Domestic Violence charges, as well as more and less serious charges of other types. I can work towards a plea bargain or take it to trial, whichever the case deserves and you want. I was a prior Assistant D.A. I also have many year's experience in Social Security Disability/SSI appeals, landlord/tenant, general litigation, document review and preparation. Generally, I can handle most things, but not Family Law, no estate planning, no corporate law or intellectual property law.
