This place is amazing and their staff is the best... my dog loves going into the store and is constantly spoiled by treats from the staff. The employees know what they have and are always very nice & eager to help me find what I'm looking for ...

The prices are lower than any where else. Store employees are always very helpful and pleasant. They take extra steps to help you. You can call to a see if a product is in stock and speak with a knowledgeable person.

Product - Petr tabs- was marked $4.49 with sticker. At the counter, the product was rung up at +$10.00. I questioned the clerk and was told that it was a false sticker. I said that I wanted it at the price it was marked. The clerk called the Manager, Shawn, and he also refused. He stated that someone had changed stickers to benefit themselves. I said something to the effect that it was false advertising and I was buying it based on the amount it was marked. He said the law protected him in a case like this. "Okay," I said, "Forgot the whole thing." I took my credit card - no merchandise and left. THE STORE RAN MY CREDIT CARD THROUGH ANYWAY. Where is their credibility? Why should I ever set foot in the store again? I called and spoke to another manager, Michael, and he is crediting my account. I hope!
