I am furious. My Godfather passed away unexpectedly and I needed to look as nice as possible. I called around Santa Cruz to get someone who could do next day. I was assured if I brought the close by yesterday, they would be ready today by 3pm. When I arrived, the only explanation was "I forgot to change the date", whatever that means. I am furious. I don't know if any of you are Italians or know anyone who is, but funerals are more important than weddings. My 96 year old Godfather is now going to get a shaddy clad godson attending his funeral. I rated service as 1, only because I could not rate it as zero. As far as expertise goes, I've yet to pick up the clothes because they did not have them. I do not expect expertise, but I could not honestly rate it zero for I have no clothes. I can't speak to the quality, but do not take what they say as true. Take it a week early, you may get it in time. At least if they don't forget to change the day, whatever that means. But don't count on it.

They did a jacket and pants alteration for me. Very quick service and reasonably priced, great job! Thank you.
