This is the tail end of a negative review I posted on Statewide Auto Repair. Fortunately, Cope's saved the day, and earned a new customer next time I need service.



USAA had already dispatched a great company called Copes Garage. I called Copes and John answered immediately. I told them what had happened with the other company and asked if they could expedite. They had a truck to me in about 10 minutes (20 minutes ahead of the ETA). Great service and very polite. I think I'll start going to Copes for all my auto needs.

The people of this business are so nice, pleasant and so honest. They did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. They treated me with respect and dignity and got me in oud out quickly.

I had a very good feeling about this business. I will definitely come back again.

Very good service and very friendly, helpful staff "AND" they don't fix things that don't need fixing.
