I've been a customer of Giant (Souderton) since it opened. I am literally there everyday. Your employees (daytime) as a whole are rude and act like they never have seen me before. There are exceptions though. Tracy the cashier couldn't be more pleasant to every customer that goes through her line. From the checker I had yesterday 5/3/16 to baggers and cart people they are RUDE!!! The cashier never uttered a word to me or any of the people in front of me and barely bagged any of the products. I'm tired of going there and being treated like I'm a nuicance to your employees. There are execeptions like Tracy but your employees during the day are awful. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!!!!! I have a more pleasant experience with the people working in the aisles at night. They are helpful and and pleasant. I guess this store has too many employees that you can't handle training them correctly. So disgusted!!!!!!!
