I wanted to thank you for for your assistance last Saturday, July 20th at the Tunkhannock, PA Hampton Inn. When we arrived my father-in-law who is 86, uses a walker and has great difficulty walking and sleeping in a normal bed, when arriving he told me about the "high" bed in his room but he napped anyway. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. Stacey you immediately offered to switch him to an appropriate room for him. Christine showed us the room and Stacey you made the changes even though we did not ask for this when we made our reservation.



I looked on the Hamptons Inn website but did not see a place to send this so you two could be recognized properly. Please forward this to any person or communications channel you wish.



I an era where customer service is computerized and non-personal, you two took the effort to make our stay special and personal. Thank you both.
