It took me three years, but I finally found the best place for Audi service in the South Bend area. As many locals know, the dealership on Grape Rd is a rip off. Their customer service is terrible, and their prices on service are absolutely ridiculous (AWD alignments for $140!). For anybody that's been over to Osceola, German Concepts is a better option than the dealer, but they're still a little pricey (not to mention Osceola is a bit of a drive from South Bend). Auto Import Specialist LLC, however, is close to South Bend. They're very friendly, very honest, and even multilingual. I guarantee that you will save money if you have your repairs done there, and you'll be very satisfied with the quality of work performed.



For anybody that needs German auto service or repair, Auto Import Specialist LLC is the way to go. Between a clutch replacement, oil changes, an ignition module replacement, alignments, and brake work, I would have probably saved between $500 and $1000 if I had known about them 3 years ago. Finding an honest auto repair shop is always difficult, so I'm rather disappointed that I'll be moving away from the area in a few weeks.
