Sent them a request by fax. Had to leave 5 voicemails about it and threaten to cancel the business before I got a return call. Now I'm waiting for the final report, he never answers the phone and has missed a promised time to contact me. The whole process to get an estimate has taken over a month and I still don't have it. Out of 7 phone calls, they have answered the phone 1 time. I would not recommend based on this performance.
