almost cost me my ability to walk. Lied about reviewing surgical records, which were provided to him twice. This in turn caused him to screw up a MRI referral, and he ignored the ins request for info... twice,so the insurance company rejected spinal cord surgery (I was now in a wheelchair). I was forced to request my own records and deal with the ins myself directly and unravel his mess. He provided pain management the wrong records, so their treatment plan made no sense, again had to fix it myself. Finally, he played no part whatsoever in helping me find a way to fix my spinal cord. We are seeing a lawyer.
